2. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider. Personal data collected on this website is processed on the hoster’s servers. This may include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website access data and other data generated via a website.
External hosting is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with our prospective and existing customers (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where consent is requested, processing is based exclusively on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG, insofar as the consent includes storage of cookies or access to information on the user’s end device. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
We have concluded a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) with our hoster. If personal data is processed in or transferred to Türkiye or another third country, we use appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR, in particular Standard Contractual Clauses, together with technical and organisational measures. The concrete transfer mechanism, categories of data, retention and access scope must remain aligned with the current hosting and subprocessors used in production and should be reviewed by legal counsel when the hosting setup changes.

4. Storage period

If your data is required for contract performance or pre-contractual measures, we process it on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We also process data where necessary to fulfil a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) or on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), unless a more specific legal basis is stated for a processing activity.
6. Recipients / third countries
We may use tools from companies based in the USA or other third countries. If those tools are active, personal data may be transferred to and processed in those countries. We point out that a level of data protection comparable to the EU cannot always be guaranteed in such countries. Where transfers take place, we rely on appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR (for example Standard Contractual Clauses) and, where required, additional measures.

SSL / TLS encryption
This site uses SSL / TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the change from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
Objection to advertising emails
We hereby object to the use of contact data published as part of imprint obligations for sending unsolicited advertising and information material. 9. Google Tag Manager / analytics
This website uses Google Tag Manager (GTM-MHZD6R5). Google Tag Manager is a service of Google Ireland Limited that allows website tags to be managed via an interface. The Tag Manager itself does not create user profiles or store cookies unless configured otherwise; it triggers other tags which may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access those data itself.
Use of Google Tag Manager is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient management of tags) and, where consent is required for non-essential tags, on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
If additional analysis or marketing tools are activated via Tag Manager, those tools will be described here with provider, data processed, purpose, legal basis, retention, third-country transfers and opt-out options. Tools that are not actually used will not be listed.
10. Contact form and enquiry by email or telephone
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, the information you provide in the enquiry form, including the contact details you enter there, will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in effective processing of enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) if this has been requested; consent can be withdrawn at any time.
If you contact us by email or telephone, your enquiry including all resulting personal data (name, enquiry) will be stored and processed for the purpose of handling your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
11. YouTube
This website may embed or link to YouTube videos operated by Google Ireland Limited. Where embeds are used, they should be loaded via YouTube’s privacy-enhanced / nocookie mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and, where required, only after consent.
Homepage and content sections may also link to the BPM YouTube channel or Shorts without embedding a player. Opening those links takes you to YouTube’s own pages under YouTube’s terms and privacy policy.
